Biography

Cassady Wallish joined Marshall, Gerstein & Borun in 2015 as an intellectual property paralegal working with the litigation practice group. Ms. Wallish has extensive trial experience from beginning to end, including managing exhibits, maintaining binders, and communicating with experts and fact witnesses. She also has experience drafting legal documents including pleadings, settlement agreements, interrogatories, subpoenas, and distribution letters.
