Biofuels Journal’s 3rd Annual Commercial Ethanol Technology and Research Workshop

Marshall, Gerstein & Borun LLP will be an exhibitor at the 3rd Annual Biofuels Journal’s Commercial Ethanol Technology and Research Workshop. The focus of the event is to explore the efficiencies and the profitability for commercial technologies of ethanol.

Marshall Gerstein’s Chairman of the Cleantech and Renewables practice group, Richard B. Hoffman, and patent agent Alvin D. Richard Hoffman, a dedicated partner with over 37 years of Intellectual Property Law experience, chairs Marshall, Gerstein & Borun’s Cleantech and Renewables practice group. Under his leadership, the firm is working with numerous cleantech and “green” technology companies to protect their inventions while assisting to maximize their profitability. Mr. Hoffman remains at the forefront of developing new biofuels and biomass-related technologies.

Alvin Shulman retired as a partner of Marshall, Gerstein & Borun LLP in 1998, and continues to practice before the USPTO as a patent agent in matters relating to metallurgical technology. Mr. Shulman received his J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law in 1958. He served in the U.S. Army from 1952 to 1954. He received a B.S. in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Illinois in 1952.
