David Gass to Co-Present Webinar on Patent Eligibility Requirements in Life Sciences

Gass, partner in Marshall, Gerstein & Borun LLP's biotech practice group, will participate in a webinar titled "Global Biotech IP Update: Patent Eligibility Requirements in Life Sciences" with co-presenters Robert Dempster, UK and European patent attorney at Maschio & Soames IP Limited, and Karen Innes, senior associate and registered Australian and New Zealand Patent Attorney at FB Rice. During this webinar, panelists will discuss recent developments in life sciences, and recent court decisions and practice changes, including the newest USPTO guidelines. David Gass is a partner and registered patent attorney at Marshall, Gerstein & Borun LLP.
