Marshall, Gerstein & Borun Attorney Will Serve as Guest Panelist on Google Book Search Settlement Agreement

Michael R. Graham, co-chair of the Marshall, Gerstein & Borun Trademark practice group, will be a panelist in a plenary session at the Licensing Executives Society (LES) LES USA & Canada Annual Meeting entitled “Google Book Search Settlement Agreement.”

Mr. Graham will join a panel discussing the terms and repercussions of the Google Book search settlement agreement, which ended litigation between authors, publishers and Google by compensating authors and publishers for the use of their copyrighted books as part of the Google Books Library Project.
