Partner John Labbé to Speak at 2016 BIO International Convention

IP Litigation partner John R. Labbé will moderate a panel at the 2016 BIO International Convention held at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, CA from June 6–9, 2016. The panel presentation, entitled "Rise of the Biosimilars: Recent Developments and Strategies for Innovators and Biosimilar Applicants for Resolving Patent Disputes under the BPCIA," will explore recent developments in the field of biosimilars, including the patent dance and litigation under the Biologics Price Competition and Innovation Act (BPCIA). The panelists will discuss strategies for both reference product sponsors and biosimilar applicants. The session will be held at 1:00 p.m. PT on Tuesday, June 7, and is part of the Intellectual Property track.
