Women In Bio – Building Intellectual Property Assets: Advice From the Trenches

Sharon M. Sintich, Ph.D. of Marshall, Gerstein & Borun will serve as a panelist in Women in Bio’s upcoming panel discussion entitled, "Building Intellectual Property Assets: Advice From the Trenches." Dr. Sintich, along with panelists from Baxter Healthcare, Abbott Biotech Ventures, and McAndrews, Held & Malloy, will share insights on building a company’s intellectual property assets. The panel will answer questions such as:

  • What are important factors that potential investors, partners and acquirers consider when evaluating an IP portfolio?
  • What strategies do you pursue to optimize the value of your patent portfolio while managing costs?
