Cox to Conduct Mock Arbitration at the 2013 AUTM Annual Meeting
Partner Pamela L. Cox will conduct a workshop entitled, “Mock Expedited Arbitration: Resolving Technology Disputes Outside the Courts” at The Association of University Technology Managers (AUTM) annual meeting in San Antonio, Texas on February 28th. Along with Ms. Cox, Adam Rattray, Russell Levine, Robin L. Rasor, John Ritter and Charles C. Valauskas will attempt to resolve the dispute that they failed to settle through mediation at the 2012 AUTM annual meeting.
The meeting is a four-day educational and networking event featuring special interest groups, educational tracks, CLE and interactive workshops designed for technology transfer professionals of all experience levels.
