Cox to Conduct Mock Mediation at LES Scandinavia 2016 Annual Conference

Pamela L. Cox, partner and chair of Marshall Gerstein’s IP Transactions practice, will conduct a mock mediation of a patent infringement and breach of contract dispute under WIPO’s mediation process at the 2016 Annual Conference of the Scandinavia Licensing Executives Society. The conference runs from September 4–6, 2016, in Helsinki, Finland. For the full conference schedule, click here.

Licensing Executives Society International (LESI) is made up of 33 member societies comprising licensing professionals from around the world. 

Pamela Cox concentrates on counseling related to intellectual property transactions, protection and transfer for clients ranging from multinational corporations to non-profit institutions. She is "highly recommended" for licensing, and described as one of "The World's Leading IP Patent and Technology Licensing Lawyers" by Intellectual Asset Management. Active in the profession, Ms. Cox is the past Chair of the Life Sciences Committee for Licensing Executives Society International and was honored in 2016 with the President’s Award for Individual Service, recognizing her outstanding years of leadership and service as Chair of the LESI Life Sciences Committee. She is a Certified Licensing Professional (CLP) and serves on the Board and as Secretary for CLP, an adjunct professor at Northwestern Law School and also serves as delegate for LES USA/Canada and on the Association of University Technology Managers (AUTM)’s Business Development Curriculum Committee.
