Pamela Cox and John Labbé will recap the notable aspects of the landmark Supreme Court Stanford v. Roche case in a CLE presentation approved for one hour of MCLE general credit in Illinois. Ms. Cox and Mr. Labbé will focus discussions on non-profit practice considerations resulting from the Case.

Pamela CoxPamela L. Cox, Partner and Chair of IP Transactions concentrates on transactions and counseling related to intellectual property protection and transfer for clients ranging from multinational corporations to non-profit institutions. John LabbéPartner John R. Labbé is a trial lawyer with a practice focused on patent litigation. His trial experience includes jury and bench trials in state and federal courts.
