MGB Partner Thomas Duston was a featured speaker at the recent annual meeting of the Intellectual Property Owners' Organization (IPO) in Chicago, IL.  Mr. Duston appeared on a panel entitled "Protecting U.S. Trade Secrets In China," sponsored by the Trade Secrets and Asian Practice Committees of the IPO.  The session addressed the current legal framework in China for trade secrets, as well as provided practical advice on preventing information leaks and initiating enforcement actions.  Mr. Duston's remarks addressed domestic enforcement strategies relating to foreign misappropriation of trade secrets.  Please find handouts from the session below.
