The ABA (American Bar Association) sponsored luncheon and roundtable discussion, will be held on Thursday, September 21 at noon in Chicago.  This gathering will provide an informal opportunity for participants to discuss current issues in intellectual property and information technology litigation.  This months topic is Upcoming Supreme Court Cases.

MGB Partner, Brad Lyerla, will be moderating a discussion entitled “Examining The Obviousness Test in KSR International v. Teleflex and DJ Jurisdiction in Medimmune, Inc. v. Genentech” as part of the ABA Litigation Section's IP roundtable series.  Please note that space is limited.
