MGB Partner Pamela Cox will be speaking at the Licensing Executives Society (LES) International Conference being held June 17-20, 2007 in Zurich, Switzerland.

Ms. Cox will be speaking during a session entitled “Experimental Use Rights - An International Perspective” on Monday, June 18, 2007 from 2:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. at the Swissôtel Zurich-Oerlikon.  

This workshop will discuss experimental use rights in the U.S., Australia, South Africa, Denmark and Brazil.  It will explain how any such rights are addressed in the context of license agreements and in the context of setting royalty rates in agreements.
