MGB Partner, Jim Napoli, is participating in a panel discussion on "The Future of Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Patents" during Northwestern University School of Law's Intellectual Property Law Society (IPLS) IP Law Week.

Dr. Napoli will discuss the forces driving the future of biotechnology and pharmaceutical patents and how it might impact intellectual property assets. The panel will be moderated by a member of IPLS and is scheduled to take place on January 17, 2008, from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m.
