MGB Firm Partner Brad Lyerla will be a panelist at the upcoming Litigation Skills III conference hosted by the Law Bulletin Publishing Company. He will be part of the PMCLE (ethics) panel discussing courtroom ethics, civility, procedural pitfalls, and more.    

Litigation Skills III - "Trial & Post-trial" is the third and final conference in the 2008 Litigation Skills Series. In this final segment, experienced trial lawyers, judges and consultants will discuss key strategies for navigating the final stages of a trial and effectively preserving the record. Topics include, preparing your expert witness, challenging opposing counsel's expert, closing argument themes and strategies and preserving issues for appeal. This conference is approved for 4 MCLE credit hours, including 1 hour PMCLE.
