Brad Lyerla will be a panelist at the 2009 Intellectual Property Law Association of Chicago (IPLAC) Patent Law Symposium on Friday, September 25.  He will be part of a panel discussing potential pitfalls in conducting and responding to e-Discovery requests.  The e-Discovery seminar is 2:30 pm - 3:15 pm.
