Marshall, Gerstein & Borun Announces Special Counsel Thomas P. Riley
Marshall, Gerstein & Borun LLP is pleased to welcome Special Counsel Thomas P. Riley to its Chicago-based intellectual property law firm. Mr. Riley officially joined the Firm's mechanical engineering and electrical and software engineering practice industry areas as of August 8, 2011, concentrating in patent and trademark prosecution and counseling regarding patent and trademark clearance, enforcement and due diligence.
Mr. Riley earned his J.D. from Valparaiso University School of Law, cum laude, and completed a judicial externship to the Honorable J. Tunheim in the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota. He completed a B.S. in Civil Engineering and a B.S. in Land Surveying Engineering, both from Purdue University.
