MGB Named One of the Top 50 Patent Law Firms by IP Today

Marshall, Gerstein & Borun LLP has been ranked 41st among 352 law firms as a “Top Patent Firm” by Intellectual Property Today (March 2008). Firms are ranked according to the number of utility patents issued in 2007 where the Firm is listed as the legal representative on the face of the patent. In 2007, Marshall Gerstein issued 560 US patents, making it one of the top 50 patent practices in the US. According to the survey, Marshall Gerstein ranked 17th in the number of design patents filed with 76 and 41st in the number of utility patents filed with 484.
