The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has made it easier for clean technology entrepreneurs to quickly secure patents, as explained by Partner Paul C. Craane in his recently published article appearing in Environmental Finance magazine.  The article, “An Easier Path to Green-Tech Patents,” details the simplified review process that can be used to accelerate prosecution of U.S. clean technology patent applications, and how this process then may be used to accelerate the issuance of related foreign applications.
