Firm Partner Publishes "Intellectual Property Triggers"

MGB Partner, Paul C. Craane, recently contributed an article that appeared on the Intellectual Property and the Technology Sections of the IP Law360 website on February 18, 2009. Mr. Craane's article entitled, “Intellectual Property Triggers,” lists various situations that could trigger the need for consulting with an intellectual property attorney. “Many of these triggers have special importance to technology companies moving from “start-up” phase into commercial production. However, all of the triggers may highlight unexplored potential regardless of the stage of development of the company.” A copy of the article can be found below.
