Cox to Present During AIPLA 2015 Mid-Winter Institute

On January 29, 2015, Pamela L. Cox, Marshall, Gerstein & Borun LLP, Matthew McNeill, Rite-Hite Holding Corporation, Joseph Miotke, DeWitt Ross & Stevens SC, Ada Nielsen, FOODEXUS LLC, and Brian O’Shaughnessy, RatnerPrestia will present “Good Deals Gone Bad: A Case Study in Structuring License Agreements to Survive the Convulsions of Commerce – Or, Where is My Crystal Ball When I Need it?” during the 2015 Mid-Winter Institute meeting of the American Intellectual Property Law Association. The presentation will touch upon a variety of issues illustrated by a single case study related to an actual licensing deal.

The AIPLA 2015 Mid-Winter Institute will be held at the Hyatt Regency Orlando from January 28–31, 2015. 

Pamela Cox, concentrates on counseling related to intellectual property transactions, protection and transfer for clients ranging from multinational corporations to non-profit institutions. She is “highly recommended” for licensing, and described as one of  “The World's Leading IP Patent and Technology Licensing Lawyers” by Intellectual Asset Management. Ms. Cox is active in the profession, serves on the Board of Governors of CLP, holds leadership positions within AUTM, LES and LESI, and is an adjunct professor at Northwestern University School of Law.

Founded in 1897, AIPLA is a national bar association constituted primarily of lawyers in private and corporate practice, in government service, and in the academic community.
