Barbara Javorcic has been the Firm’s controller since 2002. She has several years of additional experience at public accounting, law and consulting firms. Ms. Javorcic is a licensed CPA and serves as an officer of the Greater Chicago Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators. The nine-person Accounting Department handles most financial transactions for the Firm. These transactions include billing clients, paying vendors, recording receipts from clients, processing payroll and administering the Firm’s retirement plan. The department can accommodate the electronic billing needs of clients and provide periodic summaries of billing information upon request. The Firm works with many other law firms around the world, and the Accounting Department makes payments to them in over a dozen different currencies. MEMBERSHIPS
