Audrey Nagelberg has been associated with Marshall, Gerstein & Borun as a prosecution paralegal since 2007.  Ms. Nagelberg specializes in domestic and international patent (utility and design) and trademark law for a number of industries, including biotechnology, medical devices and technology, chemistry, pharmaceuticals, and electrical and mechanical engineering. Her experience in patent prosecution includes filing U.S., PCT, and foreign applications; organizing prior art for disclosure; overseeing the formalizing of drawings; managing the legalization of formal documents; working with technical specialists to formalize sequence listings; and meeting filing requirements set by foreign jurisdictions worldwide.

Ms. Nagelberg earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, and a Paralegal Certificate (with honors) from Roosevelt University (ABA-approved).
