Timothy Weber is a paralegal working with the Marshall, Gerstein & Borun litigation group.  Mr. Weber brings to the firm six years of experience in all phases of litigation including public interest, class action, employment relations, healthcare and construction.

Mr. Weber has extensive experience drafting and filing pleadings, as well as uploading, reviewing and coding production documents into databases and maintaining client files for large-scale litigation matters.  He has also supervised document organization, production, and management for a high profile “mini Enron” securities fraud class action and numerous multimillion dollar healthcare and construction litigation matters.

Mr. Weber holds a B.A. degree in Anthropology from Lawrence University.
