Prosecution Paralegal

Heather Santiago is a prosecution paralegal with Marshall, Gerstein & Borun specializing in international patent law and both domestic and international trademark law.

Ms. Santiago has extensive experience in U.S. and international patent and trademark prosecution.  Her experience in patent prosecution includes filing U.S., PCT and National Phase applications and both U.S. and foreign trademark applications.  She also has experience in civil rights litigation.

Ms. Santiago holds a Bachelors of General Studies in Management from Roosevelt University and obtained her Associates in applied science - paralegal studies (ABA program) from Northwestern Business College, graduating with honors.
