Milena Sukovic is an associate with Marshall, Gerstein & Borun. Ms. Sukovic has patent prosecution experience in prosecuting diversified technologies which include computer software products, telecommunications, network architectures, e-commerce applications, semiconductors/fabrication, display devices, printing devices, mechanical devices, and digital recording technologies. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Sukovic was a patent prosecution attorney for an intellectual property firm in Northern Virginia.
Ms. Sukovic received a L.L.M. in Intellectual Property from The John Marshall Law school, with honors, in 2005. She received a J.D. from The John Marshall Law School in 2004. While attending law school, she was on the Dean’s list and served as staff editor for the Review of Intellectual Property Law.
Prior to law school, Ms. Sukovic served as a systems engineer for Motorola Inc. where she developed system requirements, test plans, managed engineering development, and wrote technical requirement specifications for a proprietary communication system. Ms. Sukovic received her B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Boston University.
Ms. Sukovic is fluent in Montenegrin, Serbian, Bosnian, and Croatian.
