Christina M. Ortman joined Marshall, Gerstein & Borun as a paralegal in 1993 with more than twelve years of intellectual property experience. Ms. Ortman has extensive experience in patent litigation, gained from her work in numerous patent infringement lawsuits. She has particular expertise in large and complex cases, including managing large-scale document production and preparing for and assisting at depositions and trial. While most of her experience has been in litigation at the district and appellate court level, she has experience in proceedings relating to patent interferences and foreign oppositions.

Ms. Ortman is currently the manager of the litigation paralegals. She is also a member of the Illinois Paralegal Association and the International Paralegal Management Association.
