Kristen A. Dola has been associated with Marshall, Gerstein & Borun as a intellectual property paralegal working with the biotechnology and chemical practice groups since 2008.  Ms. Dola specializes in domestic and international patent prosecution throughout the biotechnology disciplines.  Her experience includes filing U.S., PCT, and foreign applications; analyzing, organizing and managing polynucleotide and amino acid sequence information, reviewing biotechnology literature and organizing disclosures; reviewing and correcting technical drawings, preparing legal papers incident to the practice of intellectual property law, sequence searching; and facilitating filing responses to sequence listing requests received from various patent offices.
