Audrey Nagelberg has been associated with Marshall, Gerstein & Borun as an intellectual property paralegal since 2007. Ms. Nagelberg’s experience includes filing U.S., PCT, and foreign applications; performing assignment and patent family searches related to due diligence, assisting clients with the tracking status of patent portfolios, organizing prior art for disclosure; managing the legalization of formal documents; and meeting filing requirements set by foreign jurisdictions worldwide. Ms. Nagelberg specializes in design patent prosecution, which allows her to utilize her vast knowledge in domestic and international patent law and work with attorneys, clients and illustrators to ensure drawing requirements are met in the various foreign jurisdictions.
