Ms. Gao obtained her M.S. in law from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, her M.S. in materials science and engineering from Johns Hopkins University, and her B.S. in materials science and engineering from Southeast University. Ms. Gao is fluent in English and Mandarin.
