This webinar is hosted by the ChiWIP Professional Development Committee

This webinar will be a discussion on the Supreme Court’s recently decided 8-1 opinion that Booking.com can function as a trademark, rejecting the USPTO’s position that a “generic.com” term per se fails to function as a trademark. This panel will detail how the case reached the Supreme Court and the practical implications for .com brand owners and their attorneys in light of the decision.

Panel moderator Kelley Gordon can be reached at [email protected] if there are questions about this webinar.
