Biography

As a Patent Agent at the Firm, Kevin J. Piotrowski assists in prosecuting patents for clients in a variety of industries specifically related to electrical and software engineering. His experience in technology and development, coupled with his education in computer science and engineering, provide him with the experience needed to tackle various phases in the software development cycle.

Background and Credentials

Prior to joining Marshall, Gerstein & Borun LLP, Mr. Piotrowski worked in computer science and software development at a privately held healthcare software company. There, he was part of a small team that brought the company’s health software applications to a new platform. Previously, in the automotive industry, Mr. Piotrowski worked on complex programs related to business analyses and beta tested programs with end user groups.

Mr. Piotrowski received his B.S. in computer science and engineering from Michigan State University.
