Kimberly Giertz has been the Chief Information Officer at Marshall, Gerstein & Borun LLP since 2014 after serving as IT Director for 13 years. She is a member of the Firm’s Technology and Information Governance Committees. She also leads and participates in several task force groups that focus on leveraging technology and best practices to minimize risk and optimize efficiency and effectiveness in delivering both internal and external client services.

In addition to collaborating with internal committees and practice groups on all types of technology and work flow automation projects, Ms. Giertz has collaborated with clients and their technical staff to satisfy their special business requirements related to communication, collaboration and security. Ms. Giertz believes that the Firm's leading-edge attitude toward technology plays a large part in elevating the level of client services the Firm provides.
