Partner Tiffany Gehrke, who is a member of Marshall, Gerstein & Borun LLP’s metaverse industry group, will moderate a panel discussion on trends in trademark law specifically related to Web 3.0, the recent Hermès v. Rothschild verdict, rights associated with non-fungible tokens (NFTs), and other metaverse related issues. Tiffany’s background as a computer programmer fuels her passion for domain/online matters, including trademark governance in Web 3.0 and the metaverse. A longtime member of IPLAC, Tiffany is the President and previously served in several IPLAC roles including President-Elect, Vice President, Secretary, Membership Committee Co-Chair, and Symposium Co-Chair.
