As the largest LGBTQ+ legal conference in the country, the event brings together legal professionals, law students, advocates, and allies to engage in meaningful dialogue, foster connections, and advance equality in the legal profession.

Since its establishment in 1988, the Lavender Law Conference & Career Fair has played a pivotal role as a ‘family reunion’ for LGBTQ+ and ally legal professionals. This year’s event features sessions on navigating DEI in the workplace, the impact of recent federal and state legislation on the LGBTQ+ community, inclusive courtroom practices, and more.
