Parking and Security Information – Chicago, IL
Guests visiting our office will need government issued photo identification to enter the building. Upon entering the building, please check in at the security desk. Once checked in, proceed up the escalator on the north side of the building to the second floor, where security personnel will escort you into the secure area. (Look for the metal detectors and X-ray machines.) Proceed to the elevators that will take you to floor 34. Once on floor 34, walk to the end of the elevator bank (away from the stairs) and make a right and an immediate left to get to the elevators for floors 57-63. Reception is located on the 63rd floor.
Willis Tower parking is available at the Traders Self Park Garage at 326 South Wells Street. There are entrances on Wells, Jackson, and Van Buren.
Parking and Security Information – Raleigh, NC
Our Raleigh office is located directly on Fayetteville St. across from the Raleigh Marriott City Center. Upon entering the building, please check in at the security desk. A lobby attendant will scan you up to the 3rd floor.
Visitor or daily parking is available in metered spots on Fayetteville St. (in front of the building – do not forget to pay the meter), or beneath the building in the underground lot. To access the underground lot, turn onto Wilmington St. (headed north) from Lenoir St., then turn left into the second driveway just before the pedestrian crossing sign. Do not park in the valet spots (marked in red) or other reserved spots (marked in yellow).
