LES Industry-University-Government Interface sector formed a working group to create a uniform non-disclosure agreement to help speed initial information exchanges. The working group will present the new IUGI Uniform NDA and discuss specific issues and the process that led to their recommendation of this new document.

Pamela Cox, partner and chair of IP Transactions, concentrates on counseling related to intellectual property transactions, protection and transfer for clients ranging from multinational corporations to non-profit institutions. She is "highly recommended" for licensing, and described as one of "The World's Leading IP Patent and Technology Licensing Lawyers" by Intellectual Asset Management. Active in the profession, Ms. Cox serves on the Board of Governors of Certified Licensing Professionals (CLP), holds leadership positions within Association of University Technology Managers (AUTM), Licensing Executives Society (LES) and Licensing Executives Society International (LESI), and serves as an adjunct professor at Northwestern University School of Law.
Julie Watson concentrates on counseling related to intellectual property transactions with a particular emphasis on technology startups and university technology transfers. As a licensing professional with over 25 years of experience structuring complex intellectual property transactions in-house, Ms. Watson has a deep appreciation of clients' needs and knows how to deliver strategic solutions.
