April 10, 2023

Marshall, Gerstein & Borun LLP is pleased to announce that Partner Kelley Gordon has been shortlisted by the Women in Business Law Awards Americas for the Rising Star in Intellectual Property (IP) award. Kelley is among 53 women on the Rising Star shortlist and among only nine on the shortlist for IP.

Kelley, who was elected partner in 2023, is a litigator who handles enforcement of trademark, copyright, and patent matters before the Trademark Trial and Appeals Board (TTAB), the International Trade Commission (ITC), and United States district courts. She also helps her clients manage their global and domestic trademark and copyright portfolios and provides guidance on global filing strategies and maintenance goals.

The Women in Business Law Awards Americas celebrates the most groundbreaking achievements by the region's leading women lawyers, as well as recognizes the most progressive law firms and in-house teams for their gender policies, advocacy, and support of women in the practice of law.

The shortlist showcases women lawyers across a spectrum of jurisdictions and sectors. A Rising Star must have under 15 years of professional experience, be under 40 years old and be acting at partner level. Finalists for each award will be announced at the awards ceremony on June 8, 2023, at The Union League Club in New York.
