Cox to Serve as Judge for the Northwestern Venture Challenge
Pamela Cox, one of “The World’s Leading IP Patent and Technology Licensing Lawyers” according to Intellectual Asset Magazine and chair of Marshall, Gerstein & Borun LLP’s IP Transactions Group, is serving as a judge for Northwestern University’s InNUvation Venture Challenge. The Venture Challenge is a business idea competition to showcase rising entrepreneurs and provide them with initial capital to fund their ideas and valuable opportunities for education, idea exchange and commercialization. InNUvation, an interdisciplinary, student-run organization, encourages the entrepreneurial spirit and helps students exercise their entrepreneurial skills. InNUvation’s cornerstone event, the Entrepreneur Idol competition, takes place in May and is an idea pitch competition which promotes entrepreneurship and innovation throughout the country. More than 25 teams from 10 universities are expected to compete.
