Cox to Teach Half-day Course on Global Pharmaceutical Licensing at the 2013 LESI Annual Meeting in Rio de Janeiro
Pamela Cox, in collaboration with counsel from around the world, will teach a half-day interactive course comparing laws of numerous countries and their effect on global licensing arrangements. The course, entitled Global Pharmaceutical Licensing, uses a hypothetical negotiation to facilitate understanding of the comparative laws. The course will be held on April 9 during the 2013 Annual Meeting of the Licensing Executives Society International (LESI), in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil from April 7–10.
Chair of LESI’s Life Science Committee, Ms. Cox believes the case study-based workshop will provide an engaging and lively format to explore how different countries’ laws influence the structure and terms of pharmaceutical agreements.
