Partner Tiffany Gehrke, who is a member of Marshall, Gerstein & Borun LLP’s metaverse industry group, will moderate a panel discussion on trends in trademark law specifically related to Web 3.0, the recent Hermès v. Rothschild verdict, rights associated with non-fungible tokens (NFTs), and other metaverse related issues.
