Marshall, Gerstein & Borun LLP is sponsoring the Corporate IP Management Roundtable hosted by the Intellectual Property Owners Association (IPO). The panel will discuss issues facing in-house intellectual property practitioners involving making high-quality decisions and achieving engagement of corporate management in those decisions. Specific topics will include tactics for achieving appropriate senior management engagement in different types of intellectual property decisions; establishment and management of standardized processes to support decision-making regarding decisions such as filing, maintenance, litigation, licensing and acquisition/divestiture of intellectual property rights; and specific examples of what works and doesn't in the context of different companies.
