Julianne M. Hartzell Serves on Panel Discussion at Intellectual Property Owners Association 2010 Annual meeting in Atlanta, GA
Julianne Hartzell will speak at the Intellectual Property Owners Association (IPO) 2010 Annual meeting taking place in Atlanta, Georgia, from September 12–14, 2010. Ms. Hartzell will be part of the September 13 Discovery and Litigation Committees panel. The panel will discuss litigation strategy and discovery issues that arise in multi-defendant litigation where joint defense teams have to work together efficiently and effectively.
Working with inventors and corporations in fields including consumer products, medical devices, pharmaceuticals and Internet technology, Julianne Hartzell handles all forms of intellectual property litigation, including patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret litigation.
