Marshall, Gerstein & Borun LLP’s Special Counsel Julie Watson will serve as a faculty member for the Association of University Technology Managers (AUTM)’s 2019 Essentials Course. Ms. Watson will co-instruct the course “Functional Framework of a License” on Tuesday, September 9, 2019.

Ms. Watson and co-instructor Ellen Purpus, Assistant Vice President, Enterprise & Innovation, University of Nevada Reno will discuss the underlying functional framework of a licensing agreement and how to craft a clear and enforceable license provision.
