July 21-22, 2025 | Kelley Gordon Attending LCLD’s Chicago Regional Meeting

Partner Kelley Gordon will be attending the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellows and Pathfinders Regional Meeting in Chicago, Illinois. The conference brings together leaders from law firms, corporate legal departments, and public sector organizations to collaborate on strategies that promote diversity and drive meaningful change.

The LCLD Fellows program prepares attorneys from diverse backgrounds with professional and personal development opportunities, leadership training, and relationship building resources. This year’s Regional Meeting will feature presentations on communicating effectively, active leadership, and methods to grow and maintain a network.

Marshall Gerstein first became involved with LCLD in 2021 as part of its high priority effort to support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the legal industry and Chicago community. Marshall Gerstein has been named a Top Performer and Compass Award winner by LCLD for several years, recognizing the firm’s strong commitment to building a more diverse environment and a more inclusive legal profession.
