The webinar will focus on the Non-Exclusive Royalty-Free (NERF) license and its role in shaping research and industry partnerships. Panelists will break down key NERF language and explore how it applies to material transfer agreements, sponsored research agreements, and clinical trial agreements – areas where universities and industry often balance competing priorities.
Julie will be joined on the panel by Tatiana Litvin-Vechnyak, Vice President of Georgetown University’s Office of Technology Commercialization.
