Litigation Skills II

Marshall, Gerstein & Borun LLP Partner Tom Ross will be a panelist at the upcoming Litigation Skills II conference hosted by the Law Bulletin Publishing Company. Tom will be a panelist on cross examination techniques. The conference will be held on Friday, May 16 at the Renaissance Hotel in Chicago. Litigation Skills II is a full-day conference in which experienced trial lawyers, judges and consultants will discuss key strategies for managing a trial to a positive outcome for your client. Topics include, jury selection and overall trial strategy, cross-examination techniques and ethical courtroom behavior. This conference is approved for 6 MCLE credit hours, with an application for 1.5 hours PMCLE pending.
