Marshall Gerstein Partner Kate Nuehring Su will attend the 2026 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellows Spring Meeting, an event that brings together LCLD Fellows from across the legal profession for networking, education, and collaboration.

The program brings together approximately 300 Fellows, offering a valuable opportunity to connect with attorneys from across the country. Throughout the meeting, participants will engage in meaningful discussions on generational differences and navigating diverse personality types in the workplace. Attendees will also hear from a range of speakers to provide insights and strategies on these topics, further enriching the overall experience.

Marshall Gerstein first became involved with LCLD in 2021 as part of its high priority effort to support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the legal industry and Chicago community. Marshall Gerstein has been named a Top Performer and Compass Award winner by LCLD for several years, recognizing the firm’s strong commitment to building a more diverse environment and a more inclusive legal profession.
