Marshall Gerstein Practice Group Chairs Tiffany Gehrke and Jennifer Burnette will be speaking at the World IP Review Summit 2024 taking place from Wednesday, March 20 – Thursday, March 21, 2024 in Chicago, IL.

Partner and Chair, Trademarks and Copyrights Tiffany Gehrke will be a panelist of the session “Challenges in Global Trademark Enforcement” on Wednesday, March 20, 2024 from 4:40pm – 5:20pm. Tiffany’s panel will share approaches to protecting assets both online and offline and how to leverage working across multiple jurisdictions and third parties to ensure global trademark enforcement. Tiffany will be joined by:

Jennifer will facilitate the discussion around how to overcome the IP talent gap, how to identify and nurture the right talent, and how to foster essential skills to grow your practice. Jennifer will be joined by:

Tiffany has extensive experience representing retailers, manufacturers, publishers, consulting companies, and organizations across a wide variety of industries.

Jennifer has experience in strategic patent portfolio management and counseling, foreign and domestic prosecution of patent applications, inter partes post grant proceedings, and counseling clients on invalidity, non-infringement, and freedom to practice matters. She uses her interdisciplinary training in material science to quickly establish an in-depth understanding of technologies and understands how to maximize the value of patent portfolios.
