As we move deeper into 2026, the line between human conception and machine-generated output has blurred, only adding to the issues that already existed in determining inventorship. This course will cover basic inventorship principles, in addition to discussing updates, including USPTO’s November 2025 Revised Guidance recent case law such as Coda v. Goodyear, to teach you how to determine inventorship for your patent application.
