Partner Julianne M. Hartzell will co-present a session on patent damages during the Patent Litigation 2012 Seminar sponsored by the Practicing Law Institute (PLI), to be held at the University of Chicago, Gleacher Center, on October 11–12, 2012.
Ms. Hartzell’s presentation will cover recent cases on damages, including cases discussing lost profits and exclusion of expert reports.
